Great place for a hike, an impromptu picnic, and some canoeing, kayaking or a swim.
Located on the Route 3 section between Fine and Lower Oswegatchie villages will be found a parking turnout with access to a combination wooded and open area leading to the Oswegatchie River. North of the Flat Rock Impoundment or dam area, this stretch of water goes from fast and rocky to calmer, up to the village of Fine.
