Bike Loop Forest Home Rd McMasters Rd Rt 30

Olympic Byway, State Rt. 3 and State Rt. 86, near Saranac Lake in Franklin County

Enjoy beautiful wooded scenery on the 22 mile Forest Home Road bike loop.

This enjoyable 22 mile ride begins at the end of Forest Home Road in Saranac Lake. North on Forest Home Road, east onto McMaster Road, east on Rt. 186 in Lake Clear Junction, then south on Rt 3 back to Saranac Lake. This intermediate bicycle loop is paved, has a number of rolling hills, and is either on quiet back roads or on busy highways that have paved shoulders.
