Turning Point Park has both a scenic riverfront walkway and a paved boat launch site.
Recently completed Turning Point Park offers a scenic riverfront walkway with public fishing access and boat launch. Turning Point Park runs along the Black River waterfront. Explore the river for over 40 miles on nearly continuous flatwater from the area of the State Street or Bridge Street, County Route 126, sides of the Black River.
