The first in Hamilton County to be chartered, this library in Raquette Lake has an Adirondack Room with a sizable collection of Adirondack books and hosts a summer lecture series.

The first library in Hamilton County to be chartered, it now features cultural archives and local history collections. Open 3 days a week in winter and 5 days in summer, although hours vary by day. Phone: 315-354-4005
