Watch your favorite skaters train, catch an ice show, hockey game or concert, take the family skating on the Olympic Speed Skating Oval or visit the Winter Olympic Museum, all in one place at the Olympic Center in Lake Placid.
The Olympic Center has four fully-operating rinks that provide a haven for hockey players, speed skaters and figure skaters to hone their craft year round. It also hosts Stars on Ice, National and International skating competitions and other events. And if you'd like to lace up a pair of your own, day and evening skating (including skate rentals) is available on the outdoor Olympic Speed Skating Oval. For sports historians, the 1932 & 1980 Lake Placid Winter Olympic Museum features changing exhibits, video booths plus the craft and equipment used by some of the world's greatest athletes.
