Middle Saranac Lake NYSDEC Hand Launch at South Creek

Olympic Byway, State Rt. 3, near Tupper Lake in Franklin County

This hand boat launch for canoe, kayak and small motor access to Middle Saranac Lake is located 8 miles east of Tupper Lake on Route 3, about midway between Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake.

At this boat launching site for Middle Saranac there is space for 20 cars to park. Trailers are not permitted and boats must be hand launched. Boat access only - public campsites are available on Middle Saranac Lake by reservation.
