Adirondack Trail, State Rt. 30, near Speculator in Hamilton County
A shallow, small lake that offers public fishing and nearly a dozen camping sites.
Shown on some maps as Madison Lake, Mason Lake is located at a bend on Route 30, north of Speculator and south of Lewey Lake. Look for Jessup River Road turn, take it, and waterfront access and parking will appear very soon.
