Adirondack Trail, State Rt. 30A, near Johnstown in Fulton County

Take yourself back in time to the booming days of an upstate New York railroad that served Fulton County from the 1870s to the 1980s.

This Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville Rail Trail access point is located on Harrison Street between north Johnstown and south Gloversville. From Route 30A, take the northwestward Harrison Street over the Cayadutta Creek. Look for available parking nearby, perhaps at the ballfield park.
