Four-season recreation with nature, hiking, cross-country skiing trails and grandmother tree.

Located north of Lake George. From the Northway (I-87), take Exit 23 (Warrensburg). Turn onto US-9 and proceed on US-9 north through the town of Warrensburg. Approximately 1/4 mile after the junction with Rt. 28 (stay on Route 9 – bear right or north) you will see a large white sign on the side of the road that reads: Charles Lathrop Pack Demonstration Forest. Turn into the driveway and travel slowly to the camp, approximately 1.2 miles.
